Individualized Personal Care
Every resident at Brookside Senior Living receives individualized care tailored to their specific needs. Our compassionate staff is available 24 hours a day to assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and more. We prioritize the dignity and comfort of our residents, ensuring that each person feels valued and respected.
Our comprehensive care plans are developed in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure all aspects of their health and well-being are addressed. With regular health assessments and personalized care strategies, we adapt to the changing needs of our residents, providing peace of mind to families knowing their loved ones are in good hands.
Brookside Senior Living is family owned with the same compassionate management for over 20 years. We work with all home agencies, outpatient services, hospitals, and physician networks.
Some of the supportive health and medical assistance provided includes:
- assistance with all daily living needs: personal care, home cooked meals, and a variety of activities
- registered nurse care management and on-call help
- coordination of care with physicians and family, and assistance with referrals to health care providers
- monitoring of vital signs, oxygen, blood glucose levels, and insulin injections
- catheter care, colostomy care
- assistance with medication administration and ordering
- laboratory, x-ray, home health and hospice services, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapies are all available in-house by local providers
- scheduled transportation to medical appointments
